Zoom, Zoom, Zoom - How Dropbox integrates with Zoom to make your life easier!
It’s probably a fair assumption that over the last week or so you’ve looked into more than one video conferencing option! There’s plenty out there to choose from and whilst we’ve already spoken about Cisco Webex Meetings (currently free) today we’re going to show Zoom some love!
Zoom has all the features you would expect from a virtual conferencing platform: 1-to-1 meetings, group meetings (limited to 40mins on the free subscription), active speaker view, app and plug-in support to name just a few.
The feature we want to focus in on today though is Zoom’s integration with Dropbox. We’ve made no secret of our love for Dropbox over the years and they recently released some further integrations to make remote working that much easier.
With Dropbox you can now start Zoom meetings direct from dropbox.com or the Dropbox App. Simply select the team members you need to chat with and hey presto, you’re on a call with them!
You can also present your dropbox files directly into Zoom to make collaborative working pain free. Forget changing apps and importing documents, do it all direct within Zoom.
Not only can you record your meetings but you can also use Dropbox’s search function to view transcripts from the meeting you just finished so that no one is out of the loop!
Let Dropbox and Zoom take the stress out of this stressful time by using their new integrations!
